Returns Policy

Returned items must comply with our return policy.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Please note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

If you processed your order as a guest, please contact our friendly Customer Service to start your return process.

Return Procedure 

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. White Rabbit offers free returns in the US for items returned within 30 days of purchase with the exception of those listed below.*

Please email us at cs@whiterabbit-beauty.com and we will email you a shipping label for free returns. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

* We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including packages that are shipped to Canada.
